1. Why is it essential for the chromosomes to replicate before cell division occurs?
2. Why is it important for the ‘double stranded’ chromosomes to line up in single file down the centre of the cell prior to its splitting in two during mitosis?
3. If a cell started off with 28 chromosomes prior to going through mitosis, how many chromosomes would it end with?
4.Why is it important for the cells that are produced to be identical to the parent cell in mitosis but not in meiosis?
MUCH HELP APPRECIATED! I have absolutely no idea.

Why do you have to have the sane earrings in for 6-8 weeks before changing them, and why can’t you wear anything but studs for the 6 months after that?
Thanks!

It seems like all he does is trash you or is a total douche to everyone who goes onto that show. There is no real "interview" or anything like that. Having seen that or even just knowing that, my question is, Why would you even bother to go onto the show to, as many people do, advertise for your latest book? You don’t actually get time to talk about what your book is about, he’s constantly interrupting whomever he interviews. So again, Why?

I have a nice workstation setup, and I have vmware server.
I can have 4 different computers running with vmware,
How can I make bit torrent think that they are all different computers and have them download different pieces of the files
Not just share a download and then share it over the network.
I gest that my question is, how can I speed up bittorent download with more computers?

I had to leave my full time job to go to school. Grades are really important because it is a pre-certification program for grad school. How do people do it? I’m new to the student loan and financial aid process. I know that some programs say that the students can’t work–like med or law school. How can I just focus on my studies and have my expenses taken care of? The cost of gas, cc bills, food, health insurance are some of my concerns.

Once Richard Hadlee said about 27 years ago that playing in Australia is like fighting a war of Vietnam b coz all Australian cricketers are abusing all the time while playing a match. That character of Australian cricketers is still existing without any improvement at all. Why is it so ? How can this be eliminated in the so called "GENTLEMEN’ S GAME" ? Should they be given proper medical & genetic treatments ?

For fun, let’s say gravity was to reverse itself. That is, the ground would appear to be "up" while the sky would appear to be "down." If it were to happen at once, objects and people would fly up into the sky, falling and falling into space. I would predict that humans, or those who would survive the catastrophe, would survive by building up into the earth, living in man-made indoor caverns. I believe airplanes and helicopters would still be able to be used through suspension platforms anchored in the earth above. But these are just my ideas! Any other musings as to what would happen?
Also, what would cause such a crazy disaster? What physics could possibly cause this?

I am wanting to save for a deposit for my first house. How much do you think is reasonable to save, and how long do you think it would take? I know that it used to be around 10% of the asking price for a deposit, is this still realistic in today’s market? Any help is appreciated.
