I have the document in hand, as given me by the clerk of the court and want to know what is a simple and cheap way to serve the witness?
What are my options?
Further information: I am taking a dispute to the small claims court in IL.
Thank you for all replies…
Also, how do I calculate the fees that I need to attach for a case in IL?

Parked is incorrect you can serve a subpoena yourself even if you are a party to the lawsuit. Complaints on the other hand have to be served by a process server.
Serve it yourself and save money.
