What is the procedure - by civil code in Montana - to evict tenants of a house after the house has been sold at foreclosure auction? How long - in reality - does the eviction process take and what rights do the evictees have?

Please provide references if possible.

Many thanks!

a; notice in writing, sent certified: "your lease has not been
extended. You have 30 days to vacate."

b; if in 30 days, the person has not left, the owner goes to
court for a "writ of restitution’

c; he takes that writ over to the sheriff’s office and the sheriff visits
    and removes the tenant. PERIOD.

this process is the same nationwide.
