Why do managers promote or otherwise give incompetent people chances at advancement while hard workers who are intellient kept in the same old position for years. Its a fact,I see it. Good people are left where they are turning out production and laggards are seen as available for other jobs which turn out better. Why? Why put your company in the hands of idiots?
