How do u put links and pictures on yahoo answer questions?

For example if some one asks for help with there hair and they put a picture of themselves on it, how would u put a picture with their question? And links too, how do u put a link with ur question?

PUTTING A LINK TO A WEBSITE WITH A QUESTION OR ANSWER
In another window, go the site you want to paste a link to. At the top of the page in the address bar, click to select the ENTIRE URL/Address, being sure it begins with http://. Copy it (file>copy, or Ctrl C). Go to your question or answer and paste (file>paste or Ctrl V). Then when you click on preview, you should make sure you got it right. If it’s a clickable link, it’ll be blue. But then to test it, right click and select "open in another window". If it goes to the page, you’ve done it correctly. ALWAYS test it. Pasting a broken link doesn’t do any good.
PUTTING LINKS TO PICTURES WITH A QUESTION
You need to put your image files on a photo storage site like:
http://photobucket.com/
http://www.shutterfly.com/
http://flickr.com/
http://tinypic.com/
http://imageshack.us/
You will be provided with a link for use in forums, emails, etc. Copy the link (beginning with http://) and paste it with your question or answer. If with a question, be sure to paste the link in the space provided for more information. Also keep in mind that if you’re posting photos of yourself (or anyone else) to ask people what they think, that’s considered a chat violation and often gets reported.
You can only do it with links. You have to post the picture to a public access site like photobucket, flickr, etc. and then simply copy and paste the link for the photo into the answer.
YA does not like you to post links, so you may have to post without the link first, then return and use the ‘edit’ feature to add the link afterwards.
If you’re asking about how to put a literal picture onto the question, you can’t. But, just put a link.
