How to remove magnetization from hard drive caddy and screws?

I just bought a hard drive caddy with screws, and the screws are magnetized, and I think the caddy might be too. Will this harm my hard drive? And how do I get rid of it?

Its for an HP pavilion zd8000.

Magnetized screws and a magnetized caddy should not effect your hard drive in any way. In actual testing it takes an extraordinary powerful magnet to effect a hard drive from outside the drive.
If you really want to demagnetize the screws and drive caddy you can heat them. It honestly isn’t worth the effort though.
