I have a restaurant chain within an industry, but has a unique niche. How do I drive competitors out of business. We focus on conquering, one location at a time. How do I do this?

Not to sound rude but when you say it that way you sound like Wal-Mart. Anyway the best way to put the compitition out of business is to provide the best customer service and serve better food than they have. People like myself tend to spend our money in places that give great customer service and good quality food.

Provide superior food, with superior service, at superior prices. Conquer by being the best, don’t resort to dirty tactics as those will ultimately backfire. Give your customers everything they want and ask them to tell their friends about your restaurants; word of mouth publicity can often be the most effective.
Easy. You lower your prices so low- than no one wants to go anywhere else but your place. Then, when they are gone- you can jack the prices however high you want!
Also, your food quality must be at least as good- if not better than your competitors.
