How can I advertise for getting students to learn Korean language online?

I want to teach Korean language to people online. I have worked as a teacher of Korean and journalist in Korea. I think I am a qualified teacher, but I do not know how to raise students online.
I have another question. How much do you think is proper per 1 hr as a fee?
If you have any idea, I`ll appreciate it.

The demand for learning Korean among English speakers is very low, and the efficacy of learning a foreign language through the internet is not known.
If you developed an effective teaching pedagogy using the internet (or other tools), maybe the Defense Language Institute or maybe even the LDS church would be interested, but it would be a tough sell. Maybe Korean churches with a Korean language program (teaching Korean to English-speaking children of Koreans) would also be interested in effective educational materials. It has been my experience that Korean language textbooks etc. are very poor, and native Koreans are generally very poor at teaching Korean language to others, so I think there may be a market (albeit very small) for some good material.
As far as a fee for tutoring, $20/hr. would be fair, though that would be for face-to-face lessons.
they dont care
