How often should a person use hand sanitizer in a high school with H1N1?

We have four confirmed cases of H1N1 in our school. It is a pretty small school so it could get passed on quickly. How often should a person use hand sanitizer? I know there are ‘good germs’ on your hands and I don’t want to destroy those. We have also bronchitis and strep at the school i work at.

First of all, you should avoid touching your face or eating before having washed your hands because that’s how germs that are on your hands infect you (unless you have a cut on you hands).
You should only use hand sanitizer before doing one of the previous things. Make sure to use a generous amount, your hands should still feel cool and moist after having used hand sanitizer.
just wash them with soap
i don’t do antibacterial
paranoid, but it could create a super germ
Every so often. If you do it too often, your hands will dry out. If you’re close to a bathroom, try to go in between classes and actually wash your hands. That works better and is better for your hands. But if you don’t have the opportunity, I’d say every couple of hours, or whenever you come in contact with something that might not be clean.
