Are you vegetarian or vegan? If you’re vegan they have Parmesan that’s vegan and its realllly good. Just go to your local health food store and ask for it. Ok for tomato sauce just look for tomato sauce that doesn’t have meat. It still tastes like normal tomato sauce without the meat of course. To make your veggie balls I suggest using tofu. First crushing it with your hands and then add all your seasonings and you can put in a dash of milk but not too much you dont want to taste the milk and then roll the tofu into balls and then bake them. Spaghetti is fine for vegans. And yes it does use olive oil.
It would help if you were a little more clear, because I really have no idea what you’re trying to ask.
By veggie balls, do you mean veg’n "meatballs"?
And you want to cook them in soymilk? Why?
Are you saying someone told you spaghetti was off limits? There’s nothing wrong with spaghetti as long as you check the ingredients. It’s usually just flour & water, maybe salt.
Same with tomato sauce…check the ingredients. Cheese is fine if you’re vegetarian. If you’re vegan, there are plenty of substitutes.
You can certainly substitute curly noodles for spaghetti, but I can’t imagine why your pasta isn’t veggetarian-friendly. The cheese is okay if it doesn’t contain rennet. Check the label and if it says "enzymes" then it’s probably okay.
As for the veggie balls in soy milk, I have no idea, sorry.
Tell your girlfriend your hungry and you might eat her.
