How do you slove Supplementary angle word problem?

Need to know how to slove this problem step by step in order to understand how to do it. Can anyone help me plz. Im tring to get a good grade in class, Thank you:)
Two angles are supplementary. The larger angel is 60 degrees less than twice the measure of the smaller angle. Find the measure of the two angles. Let X= smaller angle Let Y= lager angle
- Set up two system of equations.

y= 2x-60
You would substitute in…
x+2x-60=180
3x-60=180
3x= 240
x= 80
y= 2(80)-60
y= 160 - 60
y= 100
x=80
y=100
