How to support someone during a serious conversation?

Okay, well, i am a very mature person (but i know how to have fun, trust me:) and i am also a very good listener and like to support others. the problem is, when i am in a deep conversation with somebody, i can never give out good advice and insight, mainly because i don’t really know how to. how can i become better at supporting people and their problems? cause i usually end up running out of words and repeating myself…how can i fix this? how can i learn to give out good, meaningful advice?

Well you can first think about what they need advice on.Let’s say they need advice on a relationship problem..listen to your heart and think about what you would do in that situation if it happened to you.Repeating yourself is okay sometimes because at least you can get the message across. If they ask for advice and you know for sure you can’t help offer them to ask another friend you know or they know.Someone who knows a lot on the subject.
