If you have no contact information on the person at all, how can you file the suit???what if all you have is a phone number and a social security number??? they say you can submit a person to collections with a ssn, but the percentages will be really high if they garnish the persons account and you have to have the persons account info(I dont have that) and that cant be done without a court judgement.
