What type of face wash can get rid of white heads and black heads?

My brother, who is away at school, asked me what he can use as a face wash for his skin.
He has very dry skin, white heads, and black heads.
What type of face wash can help get rid of and prevent these??

l’occitane crushed grape is a really good exfoliator. you brother gets white heads and blackheads because he doesnt exfoliate. his skin is dry because he is lack hydration. he needs more than 8 glasses of water to keep his skin hydrated and supple. after cleansing he needs to tone and moisturize his skin. if he sticks to this routine his skin will be clear. toning will remove anything that your cleanser didnt. moisturizer will seal in moisture. also, he needs to have a healthy diet. what you feed your body results outside. if your feeding yourself junk food your skin will look dull and tired and you wont have energy. feeding yourself fruits,veggies, fish, meat etc you will have energy, your skin will become clear, and you will look radiant. also drinking water and working out will circulate blood flow, and get rid of all of the toxins.
also, tell him not to pick at his skin when his hands are dirty.
