If there is a draft and I did not want to go, and i fired upon my own to show my rebellion. It is the military’s fault those people are dead what will be my punishment?
i am not a coward just want my freedom as promised in the declaration of independence.

If you "performed friendly fire" on your fellow soldiers, you would most likely be shot immediately. Your question is pointless however, since the draft is not even being considered. Suggest you read the US Constitution, not the Declaration of Independence, for clarification of your rights. Just a reminder, freedom is not free.
