I have a black strapless somewhat poofy dress that I am planning on wearing to my friends sweet 16. I have everything planned except what I want to do with my hair. I kind of want to pull it up but im scared my shoulders would look too wide without my hair flowing over them. On the other side I think having my hair down will take away from the elegance of the dress. Someone please help I need suggestions on what to do!
