How do you make your employees stop working in Restaurant City?

So in the facebook game, Restaurant City, every time i x-out of the game my workers keep working until they run out of energy. But i think there is a way to close your restaurant so that they wont work until you log in again. Does anyone know how to do that?

You go to redecorate, then take the door out of the restaurant, then click on each of your employees and on the top where you choose what their job is, there is an option that says "Rest" its right next to janitor. Make sure you have put every employee on rest, then X- out of the game, also, when you come back their energy should be full.
