What can I make with a 7 pound can of diced tomatoes?

I have this huge can of diced tomatoes and not sure what I can make with it. I was thinking chili, but my recipe calls for tomato sauce, not diced tomatoes. Any ideas? Thanks!

you can still make chili there is almost no wrong way to make chili. i use diced tomatoes in my chili all the time because it comes out chunky and hearty ! you also don’t need to use all 7lbs at once you can use what you need and freeze the rest ! you can make stewed tomatoes or add some to goulash or spaghetti , salsa, chill them and add it to salad, i have used it in Italian pasta salad …the possibilities are endless !!
