How do you get your thighs bigger?

I am about 98 pounds and with chicken legs, I can’t find jeans that fit me ANYWHERE. 0’s fit me in the thighs but not my waist because I have wide hips. So I need to figure out how to get bigger thighs so I can buy clothes.

the best way is eating a well balanced diet higher then you should be to maintain your weight and do workouts that focus on your legs without making you lose weight. The best workout, by far, would be squats. you will want to do them with weights so that you do more weight less repetitions to get your thigh muscles more noticeably bigger and tone. Good Luck!
Do squats, lunges, bleachers, squat thrust and jump ropes. Also you will need to increase you calorie intake so that you are not burning calories without taking them back in. If you do that, you will only lose weight. There are many great shakes you can drink also. My friend got amazing results with things like, Muscle milk, Creatine, and other muscle builders. for me i have the opposite problem i need to get rid of my thighs, my friend told me that if you stop eating sugar or sweets and bread then you will lose it, so i guess for you have to eat lotta bread and a lot of sugary stuff, just don’t overdo it so you wont have to worry to loose it, but i would say just love your body the way it is, its how God created you, He created you unique
You should eat, but you should stand up instead of sitting around after eating. That way, the food and nutrients and fat and stuff will get delivered to the other parts of your body.
