You need to download drivers so that your computer recognizes your cell phone.

You have to download the drivers for the phone onto the computer, if you don’t have them you can usually find them online. Then you set up a dialup network, plug your phone into the computer with a USB cable and on the dial up prompt, leave the top blank but put in your cell phones number and it will dial up.
