What is the procedure to applying for a teaching position on a military base?

I am interested in applying for a teaching position on a Military Base. How do I find out what positions are open? What are the requirements?
My Degree is in Early Childhood Education. I am certified to teach grades Pre-K to Third Grade.

They’re usually considered civil service jobs, and are posted at usajobs dot gov, if I remember the site.
