How did Demi Lovato loose all the weight from when she was younger?

If you looked at some of the old barney clips with Demi in them, you can see that she used to be quite chubby. How do you think she lost the weight, I’m just wondering because she’s really skinny now, and yea. I’ve been trying to loose weight, and so I was just wondering how she did it.

We can all be a bit chubby when we’re younger. I think she just grew. I think she grew taller and all that weight just evened out.
probably she was just big when she was younger. now she’s much skinnier.
i was the same exact way because , when i was little i was a fat baby and growing up and then once summer of 2nd grade came i dont knwo what happened
i lost tons of weight
it just happened out of nowhere and then i jsut statyed the saem
im guessing its either magic or excercises
Hahaha, that happened to me too.
I was always chubby as a girl.
But as I grew taller, my fatness probably just evened out, like someone said up there.
But it was also peer pressure… (yeah, i know.. but I thought it was good peer pressure) Like everyone was skinny and I was like (probably in the 7th grade) and I exercised and ate healthier.
And yupp, just set your mind set.

She got taller, & I saw her on Barney, she was chubby but she wasnt that chubby.
