Why are guys so afraid of talking to girls?

I mean, why can’t they just have normal talks with us girls? Why do they say they like us but never ask us out or talk to us? It’s not like we are gonna eat them alive. Is it time for girls to do all the talking and asking? What kind of encourgement should I give them to make them do their job?

Actually, i’ll say it’s not only a man’s job (though a man should be confident to get what he wants). Everything is just shaped in a way that it’s the man to do everything. I could ask you the same question. Why are girls so afraid to ask a man they like out and wait for the man to "hopefully" ask them out. Men are afraid of rejection that’s why they don’t ask girls they like out.
Try flirting with the ones you like and "hopefully" they will ask you out.
