How are the jinn different from the demons ?

I was just wondering ,how are Muslim jinn(genies) different from the Christian bad things called demons and Satan ?
Are they all bad (jinn) ?
Are the concepts the same in each religion ,jinn as compared with demons ?

Muslim culture records several types of ‘jinn’:
The Different Types
If one is mentioning the jinn purely of themselves, the are called jinni.*
If one is mentioning the jinn that live among mankind, they are called aamar whose plural is amaar.
If one is mentioning the ones that antagonize the young, they are called arwaah.
If one is mentioning the evil ones that antagonize humans they are called shaitan for the singular [and shayateen for plural].
If they cause even more harm and become strong, they are called afreet.
sounds like occult…all the same..does jinn mean soothsayers…satan controls all of that psychic stuff
Sounds like either the Magic Methodist’s or the Forrest Methodist’s
I believe they are the same:
1. The are both imaginary
2. They are both the subject of myth
3. They both are said to possess magic powers
4. They are both said to be evil

Holy Qur’an says the "Jinn" was created before Man. (15 -.27) Some scholars say that ‘Jinn’ means a being of fiery nature and temperament. "If the "Jinn" comes before the Man, you must come through the Fire of Emotion before; you can become a developed human being. You have to learn to control these forces within your own being that come from (God) Himself, before you can,/become a human being… "Man can be an animal or Man can reflect (God). You start in this world, like a fish, swimming in a bag of water. You evolve out of that and you come forth crawling; like other crawling things on the Earth. (God) never intended for you to be an animal. He wanted you to be a perfect reflection of Himself. (11:7) But, there must be a coming out of the animal stage of development into a moral consciousness, where you have (a spirit in you that accuses you for what you do, based on that which you know instinctively is right." Have you ever watched an infant when you don’t give it its desire? The infant will cry so hard. Watch it now; it cries so hard until you see fire come right up in its face; it may be Black, but it turns red with the fire of anger, because ‘You didn’t give me what I wanted! I am hungry! I want to be changed; not tomorrow, right now! And if you don’t change me, I’ll raise so much hell, nobody in this house will sleep!’ The infant is a creature of (emotion )

Revelation in scripture count the number of the Beast in or Number of Man ! It not talking about wilder Beast ,animals created, of law of that nature. But man is like a Beast ! Human Beings is Gratest Creation, We came from the essence of God who design or created Universe. A Supreme Intelligence !
