This is really annoying and I guess a problem for guys, but I have quite a bit of fat around my midsection. I have NO fat anywhere else. No fat on my arms, or legs, or even my beehind. All of the fat is just in my stomach area. How the heck am I supposed to get rid of the fat in such a concentrated area, because I don’t want to loose the fat anywhere else?
Guess, Heck, Legs, Loose Fat, Midsection, Stomach Area

There are a few things you can do. I am 47 and I am in better shape then some guys who are 1/2 my age. And one of the reasons is I exercise at least 2 times each week. Secondly, if you are drinking beer and soda, you WILL NOT lose that stomach! Try drinking more water when you are thirsty. And lastly, do not eat after a certain point in the evening because you have no way of working it off while your asleep. I exercise with this weightlossdisc http://www.weightlossdisc.com you should try it.
well the best thing to do it eat properly… dnt let that be a problem.
eat healthy and if u go gym work on your stomach area a little bit more.. may be 10 or 15 mins more.
trust this will make a difference. if u dnt go gym then work on it at home.. do, let say 40, situps in morning and then same again at night. you can also buy some really cheap abs exercise machines which will help.
all the best x
I DUNNO , BUT LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS U FIND OUT PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
There are a bunch of scams out there that will promise you can be ripped within weeks. Truth is it takes time. You cannot lose fat in just one area, your entire body fat index must come down. However, the average person will start losing the fat in the stomache area. A good way to loose weight is to exercise early in the morning. This is because your body is in a fasted state, causing it to burn calories more rapidly than normal. Check out this link for helpful information.
