How long until my system is clear enough for the Marines to accept my psych evaluation?

I quit my Bupropion [Wellbutrin] 2 days ago because I’m joining the Marines. They said I need to be off of the meds for a certain amount of tine to make sure I’m stable. How long do I have to wait? How long does it take to clear my system? If I had my psychiatrist of 5 years and the doctor who prescribed my medicine both clear me would they accept that? What do I have to do to be allowed into the Marines?

you have to be off the medication for a length of time that they specify. you can ask them about what that length is (why you already didn’t do that I don’t know)
no your doctor can’t clear you prior to what they recommend.
I know that you have to be off of ritalin for 1 year before you can enter the military. You will have to check with your recruiter.
