How long do people that are toned usually work out for?

I mean toned like a Victoria Secret model or a fitness trainer. How long do they workout for every week? Do most workout everyday alternating between cardio and weight lifting? How long do they workout for everyday?
I apologize for posting a similar question then the one I did before, but I only got 1 actual answer.

not being self centered but…
I am toned really nicely and I workout around 30 mins every day, at least 10 mins of various crunches, push ups, squats, lunges, etc. and at least 20 mins of dancing, running, etc. all in 10 min increments throughout the day (oh and 3 sets of 15 crunches when I wake up and right before bed.)
I do elipticals/treadmill/bike 2x a week for 20-30 mins… i look good.
look up different variations of crunches, squats, etc.
