I am working on a beer in which it has lower calories but still taste full. I need to know how to figure out how many calories and carbs will be in this beer? Those are the main two. Protien optional.

  • Corvato says:

take it to a nutritional lab, they will run it through their tests which gives carbs and calories

unfortunately these things can’t be done personally/cheaply

you can come up with an approimation by looking at similar beers, but specific amounts have to be done by a company with specialized equipment.
