How do i find the name of the person who created a web page?

I need to cite in MLA format the creator of web pages but i don’t know how to find who created it. IS there a typical place it is? I thought at the bottom but this one doesn’t have it. Any ideas how i can i figure it out?

Write the company and ask them.
Click on the View menu, then Source (if you are using Internet Explorer). If you’ll see a lot of gibberish (HTML) but you might find the author. If not, you need to contact the company that owns the website. Go to this website: http://www.geektools.com/whois.php
Type the name of the website (like http://www.google.com) and if you’re lucky, you find the owner.
