How to treat a kid who ingested some mild bleach and his throat is “burning up.” How would you treat the boy?

Found some mild bleach in change room and ingested some. He came and reported it and saying that his throat is "burning up" and I was wondering how would we treat a boy like this?

Get him to drink some milk and do not induce vomiting. Depending on how much bleach he drank, you may want to go to the emergency room.
I drank bleach when I was little and I was OK.
YOU DON’T! YOU GET HIM TO A HOSPITAL! yahoo answers is not for EMERGENCIES! do you not see bleach ingestion + burning sensation in an incredibly sensitive area as an emergency??
This is not the place to ask this. Take him to the emergency room or call poison control.
