How do Atheist know that gravity is holding everything in the universe together and not GOD?

There is no proof of gravity except that we all don’t go floating up in the air and how the earth and planets rotate around stars.
How do u know that God is’nt holding everything together and steadily expanding the universe?

Cos everyone with half a brain knows that imaginary space dudes don’t exist.
1. There is NO evidence which points to an imaginary psychopath in space suffering cerebral palsy, uncontrollably waving his arms about, creatin’ stuff outa nothin’ for no discernable reason.
2. Just by the SIMPLE act of looking around anyone can see that shït happens to all and sundry regardless of ANY thought, deed or circumstance, exactly as if there was NO invisible space chappie pulling any strings at all.
The world works exactly as you’d expect if there were no god.

who made the gravity? God god is a part of everything we do , and hes the creator of everything you see. athiest are very confused people who will one day meet the one they dont believe in. and he will be there judge.
They don’t believe in Gods. They believe in logic and science. Simple as that.
We have more proof and theories for GRAVITY than we do GOD.
Some guy we’re not even sure existed made up the idea of god.
Some guy who came up with three very accurate laws of physics which continue to be proved true to this very day, also came up with the idea of gravity.
How do you know God created the universe, and it wasn’t me? I just brought everything into existence 10 minutes ago (along with false memories, artifacts, books, etc. to keep everything LOOKING old), then lost my omnipotence. Prove me wrong. You can’t.
Since you apparently slept through 8th grade science class, let me tell you how science actually works:
We can’t know anything with 100% certainty, because no matter what claim people make, we can always dream up some alternate explanation, no matter how bizarre or intricate it has to get. So, what can we do? Well we could throw up our hands, give up, and live the rest of our lives as solipsists. But nothing would get done that way.
The next best thing we can do, is come up with models that explain things well enough such that to NOT except the model would cause more inconsistencies with observation. So far, gravity is the best model we’ve come up which not only explains planetary motion, but motion of falling objects here on earth, etc.
So while we can’t be 100% certain that gravity is really a force of attraction between pieces of matter, and we can’t 100% rule out the idea of pixies or gnomes or gods holding things in place, we DO still have a good model that works well for us. Enough to launch satellites, check air pressure, send people to the moon, and so on. We can quantify it too. Falling back on an idea like "Some big invisible man is holding it in place" doesn’t tell us anything useful, and just begs more questions which zealots like you don’t want to bother finding answers for.
There is no gravity. The Earth just sucks.

Wtf…. first of all why is this only directed to Atheists. and second even if god is holding the universe togeather that force is what we call gravity, therefore gravity exsists. so suck on my nuts.

What they DON’T know (or should I say, WON’T know) is that God invented gravity, invented the Gravitational Constant, and put it all into play.
God does NOT "hold the universe together", but he DID invent the force that does. If God is (was) holding the universe together. how did the universe stay together when God rested on the Seventh Day? For that matter, how can we "enter into God;s rest" NOW, if God is not resting? So God is NOT holding the universe together NOW, either. gravity is. But God made gravity expressly for that propose . . . .
God tells us to "look around you, and see evidence". He does NOT say, "Look around you, and see Me".
Interesting concept I must say quite accurate too. Yes, that is absolutely true gravity is indeed invisible. Yet God uses a mathematical formula the likes we could never imagine no matter how advanced we may think we are, we would be guessing. This formula dictates true physics and sets precise Quantum vectors to maintain the gravitational balance between all the planets.

Gravity is what we call that which causes objects to pull other matter towards it.
Scientist say that the universe is expanding (flying apart) not all falling towards the middle as it should be if gravity were the only force at work…
And of course the speed at which various object rotate around things (moon around
planets, planets around suns and the parts of atoms) causes a balance between centrifugal force and gravity that causes all these things to remain basically just as they are and neither crash into the objects they rotate around or fly away from them and of course it all happens by accident or co-incidence…you see Earth was hurdling through space one day and passed so close to the sun that the gravitational pull of the sun stopped it and puled it to it, but just enough to cause it to circle around the sun instead of crashing into it…see it’s simple once you understand it…
But to answer your first question…Psychologist have a term for this…a survival instinct is that thinking which helps us to keep doing things that harm us(I know seems like an oxy moron don’t it). AN example of this is when a drug addict first starts out being one they usually have most of the things the rest of us have…
cars, jobs , homes and kids/wives or husbands…but the more drugs affect them the more they deny anything is wrong…even as they loose things (eventually all of the above) and they keep insisting that there is nothing wrong with them or that there only hurting themselces…thats the survival instinct…you see as long as I deny something, then nothing has to change…but if I did admit it, then I would have to do something about it…well if I admit that God exist…then I might have things in my life that would have to change(or give up) so NO God does not exist and gravity holds everything together…there… now I can be just as I am and I don’t have to change anything for Him or you or anyone else….see how easy it is to understand it all !
