Living simply in Limerick City, in a one-bedroom apartment, how much do you or do you think you would spend during the winter on heating the apartment? How much for electricity?

I’m in Dublin and for a small house it costs 40 Euro for gas and 15 Euro for electric, per week. I don’t use an immersion heater so heat my water with gas.
i pay 110 pound for 3 bed house in england,
Gas & Electric combined cost me 25quid a month. (1 Bedroom House, I cook with Electric).
Ask the power company for a budget plan, they know costs, average temps, for your location
3 bed house, single occupant, I pay about £35 combined. Bit more in winter (maybe £45), and much much higher when I had 3-4 people living here.
my ESB bill is nearly always close to €200 every 2 months. last one was €183. i have an electric cooker and need switch on the immersion for hot water if the radiators (oil) are not on, like in summer, and sometimes even when they are on. i think its very dear though and have often thought of getting it checked out. next doors would only be €80 to €100 and the only difference is she has a gas cooker. surely we dont use €100 of electricity extra to shower and cook ?
would thing with heating and hot water around €25 a week………..
We live in Cork, a 5 bedroom apartment.
ESB bill is insane, last was € 250 for 2 months, and for no good reason (no lights on unnecessarily, well 5 people have a computer but no unneeded stuff on standby etc).
Gas is small compared to that.
our electricity bill for 2 months is usually around €140, so €70 per month. That is divided by 5 in our house. Heat is mostly on the gas bill which can be up to €200 per two months divided again by five and then halved for the per month rate.
I own a 4000 sq. foot house and pay around $40 US per month on electric; about $20 per month for gas.
