I’d like to start a volunteer program for a small organization. I need volunteer packets to hand out to volunteers. Where do I get those or how do I create them?Resources, addresses, phone numbers, or web sites are acceptable. I need help with this. Thank you.

    You make them.
They are not all the same.
They should be unique and relevant to your organization.

You need training in volunteer management.
    Read this.

    Generally, you should include:
    - info sheet on each volunteer - name and contact info, emergency contact, skills, interests, hours available, etc.
    - fact sheet on your organization - name, address, phone, fax, website, email, background, mission, programs and services, board members, etc.
    - directions to your office or site
    - volunteer opportunities with your organization
    - relevant organization policies - confidentiality, non-discrimination, volunteers representing the organization to the media, etc.
