How do I clean or restore my paintball mask lens?

I have a JT QLS Reaper and the lens is very very scratched up. They are not deep scratches. Just small scratches that blur my vision tons. How can I remove the scratches and how do I clean my lens and prevent the scratches?

You can’t do anything about that except buy new lenses. But to clean them just use warm water and wipe it down with a soft cloth.
The only thing i would suggest is try to buff out the scratches.
