What kind of moisturizer and foundation would you recommend?

I have combination skin, my forehead tends to get dry while my nose is always oily and shiny by the end of the day :\
What moisturizer would you recommend?
Foundation?
Combination Skin, Forehead, Moisturizer

Loreal Bare Naturale- Coverage is excellent, color selection is good, brush is bad quality though works on any skin
Moisturizer- Im not a fan but go with Clean and Clear Morning Glow…works on any type of skin tone
