How do you remove a lien from personal property if the debt holder used the UCC to do it?

The UCC is the uniform commercial code which governs sales of items for public and private. A list of rules. The creditor put this lien on my trailer back in 2002 and tried to garnish my wages and now I am in bankruptcy. How did that work and how do I get it off?

You pay it, that is the only way. It is a court order.
since you have not paid it, he owns the trailer. The whole purpose of the UCC is so he is protected if you file bankrupcy.
A bankruptcy removes all liens including court judgments. The only debts than bankruptcy won’t remove is tax liens and student loan debt because they are federal government guaranteed.
Have your bankruptcy lawyer contact the county recorder where the lien was filed and inform them that your debts were discharged in bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy Court is a federal court and takes precedence over any state court.
