What kind of form do i need to sign over my percentage of ownership in a property? 40 different owners, some would like to give me there share, what piece of paper can i send them that gives it to them.
so if i get all 37 out of people to sign a quit claim form, the other 2 and i cant become the owners?
well some owners dont even know there owner yet, and others just say send me something to sign i dont want bothered anymore.

Yes, quit claim deeds are simplest, saying that party A hereby give to party B any and all ownership of the property (if any), in exchange for adequate consideration (compensation), and witnessed and notarized according to your state regs.

Once heard of a Native American transaction that included nearly 100 different partial owners (40 acres of land had been handed down over generations to the entire remaining tribal members as tenants in common).
