What diagnoses can you make with stomach cramps?

I always have killer stomach cramps and I just wanted to know what they mean. What are the diagnoses for stomach cramps? I wear jeans every day so that might be a problem. What do you think? Oh also if you know, what can cause nervous stomach? Thanks so much!

Cramps and nervous stomach could indication problems with digestion. Make sure you are getting enough fiber and drinking enough water. Exercise and stool softeners help too.

Are you talking about during your period? "Killer cramps" are NOT normal, even though we have been told they are.
