You will immediately feel good after you finish your first run. I don’t even run for the weight loss benefits, but for how it makes me feel afterward (especially showering afterward…ahhh)

I run 4-5 times weekly and it really depends on your level of fitness how much you should run and how fast. Start by gauging yourself on the treadmill and challenge yourself by running a little more every time you get on. Push yourself! And good luck :)

    Hello,

Jogging is an excellent form of exercise, but alone, it is not going to help you lose weight or tone up. Work in a small amount of strength training to tone- it will make muscles burn more fat. Looking good also depends on what you eat.

Try to eat around six small meals everyday (this will keep your metabolism going). Make sure you have a serve of protein each time you eat- it feeds muscle which burns fat, but it will not bulk you up. Keep carbohydrates to a minimum, because they will store as fat if you do not burn them all off.

I hope this helps you, good luck!

    xx

depends really, how long do you jog for? whats you diet like? what time of the day do you jog? its all factors you really need to look at befor you see results.

but if you have a ballenced diet, and know what your doing, around 2-6 weeks
