I’ve heard of many ways of drinking Brandy and Cognac even some people heat it up. What do you recommend?

Brandy and Cognac are the same product, however if the brandy comes from Cognac, France, you may call that product Cognac.
That being said, "quality", derived from special grapes, grown and nurtured with special care, stored in fine wooden barrels for extended periods of time,(the best as long as 30-50yrs.),develop nuances of "nose" as well as mellowness and taste. The distilled grape product can come from "many" different countries, and when produced as I have listed, can be one of the greatest experiences you can have.

The "nose" that I’ve described will be noticed to a greater extent if the brandy product described is served, sniffed, and savored at "room" temperature, however more so at a slightly warmer than normal household temperature.

Be prepared to spend $40-150.00 for great brandy, although I have found some of the best tasting(to me) for under $60 . ENJOY !
    .From France - v.s., v.s.o.p., x.o., etc.
From Spain - Try Carlos 1 (my favorite)
