If i want to major in photography?
Is there a certain SAT score I must reach?
What classes should I be taking in high school?
Community service hours?
What should I do to ensure my acceptance in this school?
Do they interview me or anything?
What should I say?

You can find the answers to most of these questions at http://www.mcla.edu/Admissions/ and http://collegesearch.collegeboard.com/search/CollegeDetail.jsp?collegeId=1305&profileId=0 . However, to give you brief responses:

    1) No special portfolio is required for MCLA. Keep in mind that there is no formal Photography major; you can view the general Art major, which would be your option, at http://www.mcla.edu/Undergraduate/majors/art/

    2) They use a sliding scale relative to your GPA, but generally, you want to be around 500 on each section and no lower than 450. The higher your GPA, the more leeway you have.

    3) MCLA looks for a college prep curriculum and requires 16 particular units, which you can view at the bottom of http://collegesearch.collegeboard.com/search/CollegeDetail.jsp?collegeId=1305&profileId=1

    4) It’s not one of the most important factors there, so don’t fixate on achieving a particular number. Any serious community involvement will be appreciated.

    5) Straight from them: "Secondary school record most important; test scores, essay also important; recommendations, extracurricular activities considered." In other words, take the hardest classes you can and get the best grades possible in them — that’s your focus.

6/7) No interview is required for MCLA.

Good luck! MCLA is a great school and has a beautiful campus in a wonderful town. I hope you’re able to attend.
