How to get the my music icon or folder or whatever back on my desktop?

My computer got restored and it was backed up but the my music folder isn’t showing. I have all my songs on itunes and i know how to get them from my ipod to the computer so that isn’t the problem. All I want is to know how to get that one folder back. Any help would be appreciated Thanks =)

    To start with, is it on My Documents? Check there, if it doesn’t appear, use the "Find" tool in the Start menu. If that doesn’t work, that means you lost your music. When you find the folder, the easiest way to place a link to the desktop is right-clicking, choosing "Send to" and then choosing "Desktop as a shortcut".

    either set a link under your start button, or setup a shortcut from desktop, its just a click or to, now if i could remember exactly, nevertheless it takes around 1 minute
