What happens if you break the Apple licensing agreement or terms of service?

I know that things like running Mac OS X on Windows or jailbreaking an iPod Touch break the agreement. But what happens if you do it? Do you actually go to jail or does it just void the warranty? Or what?

It voids the warranty (if it’s hardware like an iPhone) and they will deny you support for the product or software.
In theroy, they COULD sue you for TOS or SLA violation, but they won’t: it’s too expensive and they don’t………unless you are making PC’s by the hundreds specifically to run OS X and are shipping them with Leopard already installed (like Psystar http://www.psystar.com/)
I’ve got a Dell Volstro A90 NetBook on the way right now: the reason I picked that make/model is becase with a simple bootloader you can install Leopard on it with no hacks or mods. I want a Mac laptop but I can’t justify the extra expense right now, so I thought I’d get myself a little Hackentosh project
Oh, I DO have a Family Pack of Leopard that I bought legally and I have two unused licenses left, so that part is all legal. Ha!
