How do I install the homebrew channel on the wii and how do I use it?

I don’t wanna use any mods and I don’t have Zelda Twilight Princess. I do have a 1gb sd card. I wanna be able to download virtual console games like Lylat Wars for free. Please tell me how.

WARNING: INSTALLING THE HOMEBREW CHANNEL WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES WITH YOUR WII!!! PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY DO THIS!!!
First, download the HackMii installer, as it includes the Homebrew Channel & a few other installers that you may be interested in.
Second, find a exploit that works for your Wii.
For Wii’s running Wii Menu 4.1 or older, Bannerbomb is the preferred exploit. If you’re running Wii Menu 4.2, you’ll need to use the Lego Indy exploit for installation. See http://www.wiibrew.org for more information about possible exploits you can use.
Once installed, you can run any homebrew app from your SD card. Please be aware that you cannot download VC games from the Wii Shopping Channel for free with any Homebrew App. Using ROMS on your Wii is illegal due to copyright infringement (& software piracy) issues.
you need a micro sd card and a card reader then look on you tube at a step by step video on how to get homebrew channel. its pretty easy. hope that helps you.
