How to improve speed and drilling for soccer?

So tomorrow I would like to start serious training for soccer.
I want to improve my stamina, endurance, speed, and dribbling for soccer. What exercises should I do and for how long? How long should I run w/o a ball and how long should I do with a ball and how to improve my leg power. I can slow jug for 40 mins and that’s it. Should I dribble on grass or cement?

Change cannot happen overnight therefore I suggest you train as hard as possible.

Set out two cones a certain distance apart and sprint from one to the other making a touchdown at each cone for a set time, continue this each day and you will find yourself getting faster.

Take regular runs each evening and when at training for a time period.
Dribbling is not hard therefore I do not see why you would have to dribble with a ball at your feet for nothing, yet again set out some cones a certain distance between each and dribble in and out of them as this will help your control on the ball.

Depending on which surface you play regular soccer, play on the surface which suits your game.

Take shots at a goalkeeper from a certain distance to better your shot power, maybe go to the gym and get on the excercise bikes too.
