How can I work in a public school without an education degree?

I have a bachelor’s degree in youth but I want to work in a public school. What career opportunities are available for someone like me and how do I go about pursuing that? Thanks.

Teach for America is a back door into a teaching profession. Otherwise, you could be a paraprofessional. Normally, by law, you must be licensed in order to teach.
Have you inquired with the education system in your area in what requirements that you need?
