How much do you give your daycare worker as a Christmas bonus?

It is our first year with our daughter in daycare, and I have no idea how much to leave as a Christmas bonus. I made some homemade chocolates, and am just trying to decide how much money to put with the Christmas card.

I personally think the gift of a card and chocolates is plenty. I wouldn’t necessarily give a monetary bonus unless maybe it’s more of a babysitter/in-home type situation.
