How much overall work does it take to open up a Subway franchise in Maryland in the US?

Hi all! Me and my parents would love to open up a Subway place in Baltimore County, MD somewhere. Are there any out-of-pocket start-up costs? Does one’s credit rating matter a lot? How much overall work does it take to open up a Subway franchise in Baltimore County, Maryland in the US? Any advice on how to go about would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am sure i cant be that hard to open, but harder to stay open.
Subway requires an initial investment of $15,000 (franchise fee). The total investment is between $80,000 and $240,000. The term of the agreement is 20 years.
