it’s in the genes.
but try to shave in the area where you wanted facial hair to grow then see it for yourself in a couple of weeks. there’s no harm in trying anyway.
The only answer is time, my friend. It’ll come, trust me.
there is nothing you can do to make your beard grow longer. i know guys in there 30,s that don’t have to shave. it all depends on your heritage.
